Nextec Energy, L.P. is a Texas limited partnership created in 2005 for the purpose of distributing new energy technologies throughout the world. Nextec's initial endeavor in such has been to become the exclusive master distributor for Ortronic technology in certain parts of the Middle East, (including Iraq) and certain parts of Central and South America, the U.S. Government and Afghanistan. Nextec intends to focus much of its marketing efforts in these areas because it believes that Ortronic technology can contribute significantly to solving their electricity problems. Nextec is a licensed manufacturer of Ortronic technology in the U.S.

Kevin Eagleton, President of the general partner of Nextec Energy, L.P., who runs the day to day affairs of the business and handles its finances, contracts and subdistributorships. Mr. Eagleton has received a law degree (J.D. from Boston University) and a masters degree in tax (L.L.M. from Washington University).

Wm. Paul Jackson, the President of Oil Country Information, Inc. and a principal in Gulf Business Systems. Mr. Jackson has numerous years of experience in energy related businesses both as a principal and an intermediary. Mr. Jackson holds an Arts & Sciences degree from Louisiana State University and a Masters in Business from the University of Houston.
